Senokot Hi-Fibre® is a reformulated version of the well known brand Fybogel to give a better and less grainy taste. Fybogel has been used by those sufferers from constipation a number of years as a way to increase soluble fibre in your diet. It is designed to work naturally with your body to take care of constipation without undue straining, discomfort or unnatural urgency, helping to restore and maintain regularity.
Dosage
Dosage: Adults and children over 12: should take one sachet of Senokot Hi-Fibre® one in the morning and one in the evening. Children 6-12: 1/2-1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening, depending on age and size.
