Learn how to reduce your mood swings

Mood swings that get uncontrollable during the week of PMS, can be managed.  There are several things that you can naturally do to prevent mood swings which are too awful. One of the things that you can do is eat foods which are known to help you feel "happier." Some of these foods include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fish.

Being aware of yourself and your emotions will also help, by enabling you to be more conscious of how you are feeling. That "nerves on edge" thing can be felt in advance of it triggering over reaction etc. Perhaps telling your family and friends in the morning will help them support you.
